D-EITI at Mining Forum 2026 in Berlin

Last weeks MiningForum 2026 in Berlin brought together multiple stakeholders from industries, governments, academia and civil society organizations to discuss some of the most pressing challenges and opportunities in the raw materials sector.

Opening remarks were given by Dr. Beate Baron, Head of Industry Division at the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie (BMWE) and Chair of the D-EITI Multi-Stakeholder Group. Moreover, the conference featured a wide range of insightful panels covering topics such as responsible sourcing or supply chain resilience, and offered opportunities for valuable conversations and networking.

D-EITI was pleased to be part of the event together with members of the D-EITI MSG, who contributed their expertise and perspectives across several panel discussions.
